Order By the Whole, Side, or Quarter

If you tend to eat a lot of beef and have a chest freezer, the most economical way to purchase our beef is by ordering a whole, side, or mixed quarter. Your beef will come in individually wrapped cuts, frozen in boxes.
If you order in advance, and you can specify how you want your side or quarter to be cut.
Our government inspected Abbattoir is Hanson Meats.
A deposit of $250 is required for large orders.

Prices

Whole	$3.50 / lb	~ 500 to 700 lbs
Side	$3.75 / lb	~ 250 to 350 lbs
Quarter	$4.00 / lb	~ 125 to 175 lbs

- 12lbs of lean ground beef (2lbs per package)
- 4 lean steaks (Sirloin, T-Bone, Rib, Round etc.)
